Many of you have expressed an interest in how to expand your energy field. This can’t be accomplished without achieving several states of being; one of which is aligning or “balancing” your major Chakras. These Chakras are an energy vortex within your body. It’s like a giant corkscrew.
Like any internal part of us, our Chakras continually need to be healthy and exercised. It will be VERY obvious once your Chakras are “healthy” and aligned. Your health will improve and your Chakra energies will spin! You should actually “feel” it rotating and possibly “hear” it “whooshing” in your ears.
Unblocking and balancing your Chakras requires releasing different karmic debris in each major Chakra, as well as your “behaviors” and “reactions” in this lifetime. I always recommend The Violet Flame prayers and decrees to aid you in cleansing your Chakras. Think of them as a “colonic.”
NOTE: There are 100’s of “minor” Chakras throughout your body as well. These will NOT activate until your “major” Chakras are aligned; this requires baby steps.
There are a lot of different methods and teachings available online that can be used to align your major Chakras. Find the one that works the best for YOU; you will know which is right. I used the Lord’s Prayer method; I sang it as a song.
Let’s take a look at the major Chakra’s in your body; starting from the top down.
- Crown Chakra — connect you to your higher self and “the One.”
- Third Eye — creates the gateway to our spiritual “gifts.”
- Throat — establishes “communication.”
- Heart — enables us to love unconditionally and forgive; not only others, but yourself.
- Solar Plexus — provides strength of “self,” as well as identifies right and wrong.
- Sacral — ability to accept and forgive.
- Base — provides “grounding.”

Chakra Practice — Your Chakra’s need to be worked like any other “muscle.” I devised this practice to aid myself in locating the Chakra points in my body.
We’ll start with the easiest one; the Heart Chakra. Just close your eyes and relax. Listen to your heart beat; get comfortable with it and enjoy the sound. Now, I want you to try to feel your heart beating in your other Chakras. Switch to your Throat Chakra. Be patient and wait; focus on your throat. Feel your heart beating there. Now, feel it in your Solar Plexus (stomach). Mix it up, working all your Chakra points. Practice this daily until you master it.
Once you have a cleansed and balanced Chakra; it’s time to spin it! The easiest way I have found to spin my main Chakra, is through deep breathing and prayer. I first open my Crown Chakra and then draw Father’s love into my being. With practice, it will only take a couple seconds to activate it. I’ll actually start swaying back and forth; going with the spinning energy flow.
This is the way to inner and outer peace; a healthy, balanced major Chakra. You’ll find that things bother you MUCH less, when you master your major Chakras.
Your hands contain some very important ones; they are used for healing energies.
You can also use my heart beat Chakra exercise on these minor Chakra points as well. Once you master it with your minor Chakras, I have one more Chakra practice; combining your major and minor Chakra points to feel your heart beat.
Major/minor Chakra practice — You can click the picture of the hand Chakras for a larger copy; you’ll need it later for the Major/Minor Chakra practice.
What I want you to do, is to feel your match up your major heart Chakras in your body to the ones in your hands. Focus on your heart and feel it beat. Now do the same with the area of your hand shown in green. Repeat this for the other major and minor Chakra’s in your body and hands. With practice, it will be quite simple. You’ll also notice when you are in a relaxed state you’ll feel your heart beat in ALL of them simultaneously. Enjoy!
